Black Hole Rising

A monstrance is the vessel used in the Roman Catholic, Old Catholic, and Anglican Church to display the consecrated Eucharistic Host, during Eucharistic adoration or Benediction of the Blessed

Sacrament. In the 21st century, religion is replaced with the science of “seeing is believing”. In this monstrance, the Host is replaced by a black convex mirror, showing nothing but a distorted image of the

beholder.
